2. Accounts and Access

• You must be at least 13 years old to use incrediBEAT.
• Lite users have limited features, while Pro and Pro+ users gain additional tools and capabilities.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and activity on the platform.

3. Purchases and Refunds

• All purchases, including Pro upgrades, licenses, and marketplace items, are final and non-refundable.

4. Marketplace Rules

• Pro and Pro+ users can sell digital content in the marketplace. Sellers earn a share of each sale (e.g., 70-80%).
• All marketplace items must comply with our guidelines (e.g., no illegal or offensive content).
• Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content they list.

5. Radio and Sharing Features

• The public radio station and sharing features allow users to broadcast and share compositions. Content shared publicly may be visible to others.
• incrediBEAT reserves the right to remove inappropriate or copyrighted content without notice.

6. Collaboration and Communication

• Live collaboration and chat features are intended for productive and respectful interaction.
• Harassment, spamming, or inappropriate behavior will result in account suspension.

7. Referral Program

• Lite users may earn credits toward Pro upgrades, while Pro and Pro+ users can earn cash payouts for referrals.
• Abuse of the referral system (e.g., self-referrals or spamming) will result in disqualification.

8. Intellectual Property

• All original content you create belongs to you. By sharing content publicly, you grant incrediBEAT a license to display and share it.
• You may not reverse-engineer or redistribute incrediBEAT's code, tools, or content without permission.

Our use of analytics and data collection is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data or use cookies for tracking.
